Is the integrated HD 4290 in the 890 chipset supported in the APP SDK

I haven't found a definitive answer for APP support of the 4290 GPU.

For interest sake, what are the technical details for why it might not be supported?

Only beta support available on this card.

That is incorrect. No HD42XX GPU is supported by OpenCL because the actual chip is based on the
R6XX series and not the R7XX series, which is required. Please refer to the list of supported devices.
