Hi,

The output of BufferBandwidth  on FirePro-8750 is:

Selected Platform Vendor : Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.

Device 0 : ATI RV770

Expected Error: Device does not support cl_khr_local_int32_base_atomics extension!

I am doubtful that the device does not support Atomic operations. It appears to me some software issues.  

Tried finding in Specs, but could not find the details.

Any suggestions??

You can check this by using the command "clinfo".

At the end of the output, it lists all the extension your GPU supports.
