Blacklisting packages in Ubuntu to stop conflicts with OpenCL drivers

Every time I update Ubuntu, I have to purge all drivers from my system because Ubuntu isn't smart enough no to install some other fglrx driver alongside the ones I downloaded from this site. Which packages should I blacklist to prevent this?

Reinstalling the driver is only required when you upgrade the kernel Linux:

linux-generic, linux-image-generic, linux-headers-2.6.38-11-generic, linux-headers-2.6.38-11(kernel version from the current 11.04, you can be different depending on which version of Ubuntu) ,  during the upgrade, update manager in a note "new installation"
