Hello,

I seem to have lost the ability to report and discuss Vulkan and OpenGL issues. I was whitelisted over 5 years ago and have been reporting a variety of problems for many years. I'd like to report some possible spec violations in the Vulkan implementation for all RDNA GPUs using the proprietary drivers.
