Welcome!

You would also need a GPU. Your current CPU has an integrated GPU, but if you upgrade to the 5950x, you'll need a discrete GPU because the 5950x doesn't have an IGPU.

Leonidas - Ryzen 7 5800X3D | MBA RX 6800 XT Midnight Black | Be Quiet 802 Silent Base (Main)
Maximus - Ryzen 7 3700x | Power Color Fighter RX 6700 XT | Fractal Ridge ITX Case (HTPC)

And probably a PSU since the one in that pre-built is more than likely the bare minimum for that pre-built system...  And it might also not even have enough connectors to use in an upgrade, HP are notorious for using proprietary hardware that makes upgrading next to impossible

Beware, that looks like a OEM system that won't allow much upgradeability, like DELL and others.

You may face weird chassis and PSU limitations.

I would advice to start a new one or:

Stick with the 4700G and see if the chassis can accommodate a better graphics card, in the process, see if the PSU can handle the new card.

Probably also have to replace memory modules. And the case probably is not capable of housing a large air cooler or an AIO required for the 5950X.
