Infinity Hub Container Discussions

One of the user at CSIR-4P wanted to use AMBER. However, at Infinity Hub it says it is a commercially licensed code.
If some one has an AMBER license, who will be focal contact to get the source code / binary compatible with AMD MI50 GPUs ?
