xr 5700 xt 65 grad idle temp

Hey Guys, my rx 5700 xt idle temp is 65 grad with a 144 Hz Monitor. Is this Temp normal for this Card?

Idle temp no, should be around 35-40c depending on airflow.

Is the rest of the inside of your case hot too?

It looks like you have your memory stuck on max state which is 875 mhz in wattman (1750 mhz) when idle. This is what causes higher heat. I have the exact same issue with 5700 xt, tried to reset and reinstall drivers, used ddu and amd cleanup utility for clean install, tried to manually change memory clocks in wattman, fresh windows install - these steps don't help to solve the issue.
Changing monitor refresh rate windows setting from 144hz to 120 hz ( and i am using 2560*1440 144hz screen connected via displayport 1.2) fixes it making memory able to clock down to 100mhz when idle. But this fix is only acceptable as a temporary one ofc.
I suggest you to report about the problem direclty to amd so they fix it faster
