XFX Radeon R9 380 missing crossfire options in Radeon software for my 2 GPU

I got a second XFX AMD Radeon R9 380 today put in everything loaded correctly windows and the Radeon software both see the card can plug in my second screen to it without a problem except there is no crossfire options I have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them but still no crossfire options how do I make it work 
or is the R9 380 on longer supported

Maybe something in this (i.e. monitor connected to second card ?).
