Hello!
I have an XFX 5700 XT Thicc III and recently while playing Outriders my game started to stutter every few seconds, and then finally would crash. I managed to circumvent the problem by lowering my frame cap from 120 to 90, but then a month later the game started crashing under those circumstances as well. I've noticed in the Radeon software if I run a Stress Test for 60 seconds, the clock speeds will intermittently drop to minimum and then back up and keep doing that every few seconds. I've tried updating my graphics and chipset drivers, as well as updating windows, to no avail. Here is my setup:
ASUS Tuf Gaming x570 Plus Wifi
AMD Ryzen 9 3900x (Locked at 4.2 with boost disabled)
XFX 5700 xt Thicc III
32 Gig of RAM
