Why are the AMD drivers so bad?

Had to install the windows driver for my 6800XT in order to play COD without buffer crashes and constantly reloading textures. The driver software from AMD is absolute ass. Will you guys ever fix your code?

MSI 850 full modular 

AMD 6800xt

 

It's not my other hardware. I upgraded from a 2070 to the 6800xt. Everything was flawless on my previous card and works perfectly when I swap back. The Microsoft driver works perfectly in all but COD zombies on the 6800xt. Based on all the troubleshooting it would indicate the issue is the card or their software.
