Only supported on Windows 10, there are no Win 7 drivers for that product.

But on the page of amd says that you can download adrenalin 19 for windows 7 and version 19 is compatible with vega

There are no Windows 7 drivers available for the Ryzen 2200G with Vega 8 graphics.
