Graphics Cards

I just built this computer a few days ago and haven't messed with any settings yet (other than RGB colors). It currently stays around 40C-55C without anything running but web browsers and no videos. Does it need to reach a certain temp first?

Usually around 60c or higher, try launch a game and you should see the fans spin up.
