Is it normal that a RX480 (4GB Nitro+) I bought new in December 2016 degrades this fast? I used to be able to run 2000 MHz VRAM clocks all day long but since early this year it's becoming more and more crashy in GPU intensive games like GTA V.

Could it also be RAM issues? I have a (trash binned I might add) set of 2x16GB 3000 CL14 B-die OC'ed to 3200 CL14.
