Videos stuttering on other monitors while playing games

Hey everyone,

I'm having an issue playing videos on my other monitors when playing games on my primary.  For example, when I launch up War Thunder or Elite Dangerous in full screen/borderless fullscreen, videos or streams in the other monitors are stuttering/lagging. 

I've tried re-installing my drivers, updating windows 11, changing the resolutions of my games and running it in windowed mode to no avail. 

Is anyone else having these issues or can provide help?

Edit: The Graphics card is a 6900xt if that helps at all.  The primary monitor is a 1440p, secondary is a 1080p, and the third is a 1280x1024.

Full system specs plus PSU would be helpful please.
