I have a Radeon 6700xt and a 144hz freesync monitor. I have no issues with the freesync when gaming or watching videos normally. When I try to set a video on youtube or a twitch vod to a faster speed (1.5x or 2x etc), I get bad fps stuttering. If I set my monitor refresh rate manually to a different value (its set to 144 usually) the stuttering goes away. For twitch I have to set 50hz, for youtube 120 is what fixes it.
It seems like the variable refresh rate is playing up for some reason, specifically when I set a video to faster speed. Is there something I can do to fix it? It's really annoying having to manually set the refresh rate each time.
