I built a PC with this configuration:
ASRock B450M Pro4
Ryzen 5 2600
RX 560 OC 2 Gb
Windows 7
When I play video (Youtube) at 720p / 1080p / 4K / 8K so terribly cuts. When I play the VLC video on a PC, it is also choppy. I do not know what to do to fix it. Thank you for your help!
