Bought directly from AMD, first time using it today and performance is much worse than GTX 1070 in everything. Even Youtube videos stutter. I have two separate 8pin power cables connected, reconnected cables on both ends to make sure they are all the way in, reseated the GPU several times, and used DDU in safe mode to remove and reinstall latest AMD drivers twice.
No crashes and black screens so far, and no issues when using either GTX 1070 in games or Intel Graphics with Youtube.
I got the following in Battlefield 1 menus at 1080p no fps caps and no 3rd party software like MSI Afterburner installed.
