Uninstall the current GPU drivers using DDU, and install the latest ones from HP. Be aware that the graphic drivers are divided into different versions of Windows. Download "version 27.20.22012.1" also called sp135643.exe from the link on the bottom of my message.

Finally, update BIOS. Download version F41.

Thanks for your response; it looks like a perfect answer..BUT, I am unable to download and install DDU. I get a mass of advertising and I ended up buying an app called "Driver Support One" for $9.99. It seems to be a Deadend .  Is there a simple, honest way to get DDU?
