Vega 10 Graphics Stops Working

Vega 10 Graphics stops working randomly and display driver rolls back to  version 26.20.11026.3002. This causes display flickers and makes 1660 TI to handle all work and get heated. I clean install the latest driver each time, problem gets fixed for a couple of days and Vega 10 crashed again. This is maybe the 20th time the drives crashed in a 2 months of time line. Bellow is the Event Viewer logs for the issue:
