Uknown USB device (Port Reset Failed)

So I keep hearing the USB disconnect and reconnect sound on repeat. I am not disconnecting any usb devices at all and the noise is playing on repeat. I tried uninstalling and disconnecting the USB device in device manager but it just keeps coming back. I don't know which USB device it is but I feel like it is a faulty USB port. I have the AMD B550 Pro motherboard. Please help this sound is really annoying

Process of Elimination.

Disconnect everything one after another until it stops. Then Reconnect everything until it begins again.

Now you know wich USB Device is Busted.

I unplugged all my usbs and it is still making the noise. It has to be one of my unused ports I think is not functioning right. It is detecting that something is going in and out.
