I have a Motherboard AsRock H61M-vs with a i7 2600 and 16 GB Ram Corsair to 1333 Mhz, but my AMD RX 580 8GB not show video. I tested it in another mobos likes Biostar TB85 and run fine. Actually i got a GTX 960 2GB in my PC and she works very well. I try everything but i cant get the same result and the graphic card RX simple not give video. If any could give me more information about the compatibility between this components i appreciated so much because I do not know what to do. Any help at this time would be very helpul.
The mainboard AsRock H61M-vs comes with its own GPU. You have to switch to external graphics in the BIOS settings, do you?
I did that but the issues persist. So far nobody has been able to give me a correct explanation. I dont know what else to do. Could you explain how to desactivate in BIOS the motherboard's integrated graphic, his GPU own. Because i switch the Video output into PCiexpress. Why does my GTX 960 give video?

First: What Windows version do you have installed?
Second: What AMD RX 580 Driver do you have installed?
Third: With AMD Driver installed, What does Device Manager show under Display Adapters?
Fourth: Did you totally uninstalled the Nvidia Display drivers including C:\Nvidia folder from your computer using DDU before installing the AMD Drivers?
Fifth: Here is a basic way to both uninstall Nvidia and AMD Drivers and install it again. It is for AMD only but the same procedure is the same for Nvidia drivers.:
install AMD driver:
1) Download the correct AMD Full Set of drivers from AMD Support. Make sure your Windows is fully updated via Windows Update. Windows Must be fully updated because the latest AMD Drivers requires all the latest "Optional" and "Recommended" updates to be installed.
2) Use Windows Uninstall to uninstall current AMD driver and software. Then use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from Wagnardsoft (Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V220.127.116.11 Released. - Wagnardsoft Forum ) Forum in Safe Mode. This will eliminate all traces of the AMD driver and software from your computer.
Delete C: \ AMD folder from the Root Directory. Reboot and disconnect the internet from your computer.
3) Go to Device Manager and click "Display Adapter" and make sure you are on the MS Basic Display Adapter. If not, uninstall the AMD driver using Properties.
4) Try reinstalling the AMD FULL SET OF DRIVERS that you have downloaded manually. Make sure you disable the Internet to prevent Windows from installing a newer version. So configure windows to prevent it from updating drivers via windows update. So it has been mentioned to disable any anti-virus programs before installing AMD Drivers.
5) If the new AMD drivers installs and works correctly, delete again the C: \ AMD folder from the root directory. To save space on the HDD.
6) Enable both the Internet and Anti-Virus program (if applicable).
7) Go back to Device Manager and check your GPU card driver is working and identified correctly.
Hey there. Recently I had this trouble so I decided to share the solution to this problem. I had H61M-S paired with Intel Core i7-2600 and Sapphire RX 590 Pulse. There was no video signal, and also the system didn't POST. And the solution was simple.
All you have to do is update the BIOS.
