you can install the latest crimson drivers and the problem is solved

yes.is the exact solutionj.it happens before to me and many other.download the crimson 16.3.2 manually for your card and for your operating system and the problem wa solved!!!i will be waiting for the result and for your thanks!!sorry for my english!!

I use latest version now (16.15.2211) but the problem still continues

then something is wrong with the game.from that i seen something goes bad with depth of field not with texturew .find that setting and disable it.some games use nvidia depth of fileld. do that and we talk again

I have exactly the same problem MSI R9 380 4gb i5 4590 8gb framework Windows 10 I would add that it does not help any drivers or settings to solve this?

This is a GAME bug it occurs on Nvidia cards too.  The game developers fixed it at one point but it lowered framerate too much so they took the fix back out.  Complain to the game developers if you want it fixed.
