Temperature problem with RX 7900 XT/XTX with AMD cooler

I was shocked to discover today why so many graphics cards that use the AMD design as a cooler deliver such a high temperature at the hotspot.
The Youtuber Der8auer has looked at and tested several cards that all use AMD's reference cooler.
He found that it's probably a design flaw in the chamber, which is why the cards have such high delta values and hotspot temperatures of 110 degrees Celsius.
To give you an idea of the extent of the problem, you can watch the report on  Internetside Videocardz or the explanatory video from Der8auer on Youtube. The video is available in both English and German.

I hope I could help some who have such a problem, because not all cards seem to be affected.
