Hi, I guess it is a reference card? With these numbers and if you can rule out they are caused by other factors (small case with bad airflow, very poor fan placing, blocked ventilation), I would exchange it. It seems like your card is affected by the temperature issues, while these have been mostly reported on reference XTX cards, there have been some very limited reports about XT cards too.
Depending on where you live, you should either contact your dealer or XFX directly. Personally I'd go to the store, explain the situation and also show the media coverage of the temperature issues and see if they can offer you a replacement card right away.
Edit: Since you live in France, you should be covered by EU customer rights and thus should have a 14-day return window if you bought it online. If you bought it locally, I'd still go back to the store and explain the situation.
