I got rx 580 4 gb gpu. I am playin valorant if i capped my fps 143 my game is playeble but if i not capped game looks like slow motion, 60 fps, tearing or whatever you call. Also i can only capped my fps 143 if i capped 150,170 or something else still same. My average fps 180-200. I am going crazy pls someone help me.
