Ever since the 17.7 Edition Updates to Relive I have been Unable to Stream Correctly.  It still Archives my Streams so people can watch, but it doesn't live stream for some reason.  Just bought a new System, All new except the HDD's, PSU, and GPU.  New system is Ryzen 7 1700 @ 3.7GHz, G-Skill 16GB 3200MHz, MSI X370 Gamin Pro Carbon MB, and the GPU is an XFX RX-480 RS 8GB.  I did a Clean Windows Install and it still will not work correctly with the Newest Driver set.  Relive 18.2.1.  Any suggestions for Fixes?

Nvm, Fixed the Issue.  I was Streaming with too much mbps to Twitch.  I don't think Twitch can handle above 6Mbps even though they say they can.  My connection is 150/150 through Fios.  I know damn well my Rig can handle it just fine.
