I recently bought a second hand r9 280x. I m satisfied with the performance of it. I have tried stream on the AMD's Radeon software and at first everything goes well. But after some time the steam became blurry and lags. This doesn't happen with OBS or streamlabs. Also when I try to stream valorant with Radeon software, stream stops when I play valorant in full screen mode. What can I do to avoid this and stream flawlessly with good quality.

Stream settings- 1080p60 @ 8k bitrate

Can it be problems with your internet connection? I live in the country and it's a really weak signal here. I use amplifiers https://www.myamplifiers.com/ when it's really bad. Maybe it'll help you?

No issue with internet. I have a 25mbps constant upload speed and I stream with 8k-10k bitrate.
