I use a 60 Hz monitor with a screen resolution of 1366 and 768 it is connected to the video card via a VGA-HDMI adapter I have the latest video card drivers and all the details are new.In the game I have at high settings with such a resolution of 35-56 fps but in other games everything is good.In GTA I have no ogranichey in settings and in the program amd software it is written that I have a limit load on the game.I do not know what the reason is still I have Windows 1809 and not 1909.Please help me.My computer consists of an AMD Ryzen 5 2600.8 processor 3000 MHz RAM now configured at 2400 speed Mhz.PowerColor AMD Radeon 5700 at 8GB.500GB hard drive.Asrock pro4 b450.Aerocool vx 650w plus.
