Screen Flashing/Flickering

Hello, I am currently running a 6900 xt with a 5900 cpu with a 1200 watt psu. While playing PUBG I am noticing my screen getting "brighter" causing a flickering effect when I move my mouse. I am not losing frames. Screen not going black or seeing lines just flickering when I move mouse.

Have a look at Any sharpening you have enabled in wither adrenaline or your monitor, turn them off. Try disable Free sync as well
