Does anyone know of a fix or any ideas? I have a high speed hdmi,and the latest drivers and nothing. If you can help please respond and thanks

From specs i could find, 75hz is in OC mode. 

Check your monitor manual, and/or HP support/forum on now to set it up.

Well it's weird because before i had a GTX 1070 and it worked fine with 75hz. I'm using a hdmi, but i'm getting a display port i've heard that might fix the problem. Still no luck with just the hdmi
