My sapphire rx 480 fan one of them has stopped working. is there any good replacement fans out there ?

Best option would be to contact Sapphire and see if they will give or sell you a replacement fan as custom edition cards ship with custom designed fans.

hey man thanks for your help but i only get the option of downloading the photos which clearly cant fix a fan

You are not purchasing the fans when you hit "Download'. That is just to download the photos of the fan you are seeing I believe.

I checked every Retailer store mentioned in the above link. None sells those fans anymore with the following part number: Sapphire Fan 4N001-01 (blue)

I looked at both Amazon UK and Newegg and both shows as Out of Stock but I went to Ebay and it shows the replacement fan that seems to be compatible: Graphics Card Cooler CF1015H12D Fan For Sapphire NITRO RX480 8G RX 470 4G NEW | eBay 

So I googled "CF1015H12D" and found this compatible Replacement fan with Blue LED and in stock at Amazon.com: https://www.amazon.com/CF1015H12D-Graphics-Cooler-Sapphire-Nitro/dp/B07Y3ZHCQM/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&k... 

All the other Replacement fan are black without any LEDs.

I would suggest to open a Sapphire Support ticket to see if those fans advertised in their website are still being sold commercially or not. Or if Sapphire will sell you a fan.

EDIT: One important fact you didn't mention. Is your Sapphire GPU card still under Warranty? If it is, Sapphire will send you a new fan under Warranty.
