Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT NITRO+ Bad FPS in COD WARZONE

Hi. I Just bought the Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT NITRO+ and my FPS in COD Warzone is catastrophic. 
It goes down to 30-40 fps even with the lowest settings. In CSGO it works great now and i get around 300fps. 

I googled around a bit and it seems like some people really have problems with this card. 
Does anyone know how to fix it? Im leaning towars returning the card if it doesnt work out..

FYI COD played smoother and with alot higher fps on the integrated mac card

Can you try having MSI afterburner or Radeon Overlay to see your VRAM usage?
