GPU FAN

hello everyone! i have radeon rx 470 4gb oc, when the heat is about 55 degrees the fan goes full and the monitor shows that it goes to 50% to 10500 rpm which of cource is fault, the gpu cools off but the fan still works full.i vce already tried afterburner and trixx but nothing works. i changed the drivers but still nothing. does anyone knows ?

Are u using Sapphire Trixx?

If not try it and monitor if some changes happen. I think is a bug in software are u using that i believe u are using wattman what is a crap.
