Im having a weird problem with most of my games where it is using 99% of my GPU but not the full watts and its hitting my games hard to where i get low fps or very unstable fps. The part that confuses me is when i do a stress test it uses 145 watts.
Before this issue BF5 ran at 80 to 100 (ultra + DX12 and Ray Tracing) but now it runs 60 fps high stutters or 30 and drop to 17 for a while. Temps whilst playing BF5 it a max of 60c.
