Hi,
I bought used graphic card from ebay few weeks ago. My PC components are brand new since may 21.
Win 10 Pro
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
32 RAM
1000 W power supply
First black screen happend about week ago during Moto GP game.
I restart it, and noticed that graphic card driver disapear.
I check on the internet what kind off self help i can do.
So i try with DDU to clean drivers and reinstall driver again. I get black screen again.
I reinstall windows, but black scree come again. I change HDMI and DP sockets and cables too.
Next i change in AMD adrenalin edition from automatic profile to standard and setup HZ and V.
After i check in BIOS XMP setings and it was disabled. All of this did not help, i get black screen all the time.
I also have black screen if i press ESC button.
I am basic PC user so at the moment i dont have any idea what to try anymore.
Probably i should start to look for brand new graphic card.
