I have Freesync Ultimate Engine turned on in my Monitor, however, it will not let me enable it in Radeon Settings.

Monitor: Samsung S24F350FHN

Graphics Chipset: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

Radeon Software Version: 19.2.2

Radeon Software Edition: Adrenalin 2019

I've enabled it on my monitor. It will not allow me to enable it in Radeon settings. My monitor does not have a DP only HDMI.
