SAM don't work anymore

After updating to the new 21.8.2 AMD driver, SAM is shows as Not Available. It work before, I had SAM enabled (and working for the last 9 months).

I'm on 21.9.2 and the panel also shows that SAM is disabled, however, gpu-z shows that its enabled as does device manager.

For me the gpu-z shows disabled, and in the resource type it only show memory range without the "large".

GPU-Z is able to read the BIOS settings - so if GPU-Z reports it disabled,
then your "reBAR" + "above 4G" support in BIOS are disabled,
or set to "AUTO", which might also result in "disabled" for some boards.

The missing "large memory range" in device manager also confirms this.

GPU-Z also has a more detailed "PCIe Resizable BAR" page on "Advanced" Tab.

ok I found the problem, it turns out that the new driver require you to have the CSM disabled in order for resizable BAR to work.
