I think my cpu is bottlenecking my Rx 580 Nitro+, almost every game I play its usage is constantly dropping to 0 and my fps are always low (independent of low or high graphics settings)
I'm wondering if it is really a bottleneck or not, if someone could tell me I would be thankful
