I have uninstalled and installed the drivers. cleaned out my pc. looked around all setting with the GPU. and for some reason i cant even watch a YT video at 360p without using 100% of GPU and lagging the computer. I tried to play a game i always play with no issues and it is unplayable due to this issue. i cannot stream. please help.
