Graphics Cards

So  hello i just built my pc and it has an rx580, RYZEN 5 2600X,gigabyte b450 aorus elite .

I ve only use it for only few hours and i have installed the drivers but my pc restarts or crashes randomly.For example , i started valorant and my pc decided to restart . also while i was browsing it crashed 2 times . I  am pretty sure that its graphics card issue because the image below happened too.

I have the same problem

Processor: ryzen 5 2600

GPU: rx580

PSU: 650W

Motherboard: B450 DS3H

RAM: 16GB DDR4 2666MHz

I have tried to reinstall the drivers, undervolt the graphic card, cool it better with the fan control, reinstall windows but noone of these have worked
