RX580 Prevents Windows from rebooting/shutting down

Dear Interwebs,

I have a very odd issue affecting my current system:

My Sapphire RX580 is preventing my Windows 10 OS to properly shutdown/rebooting. Whenever I do that, it will stay on the spinning dots forever (restarting....)

I also noticed that the display won't wake up after Windows wakes from sleep.

Other than this, the GPU works FINE, even with longer gaming sessions.

I'm really noob with windows, since I'm coming from a lifetime of MacOS usage, so if you guys could help me diagnose this, it would me amazing.

So far what I found out is that if I remove the GPU, the computer works as expected.

Please point out how I could at least start debugging this.

The rest of the system is

Gigabyte designare Z390

Bios F9B. Loaded optimal settings

Intel i7 9700k, running stock

650W corsair PSU (can't recall the actual model)

Crucial SATA SSD

Thanks in advance.

Hi!

Big update (I guess)

I started uninstalling every GIGABYTE crap I could find on my system, and after removing some (G Service, ChargeBoost, EasyTune and maybe others), I now can shutdown/reboot correctly!

AMD drivers are still not installed, and I unplugged all the monitors and went back to the IGFX, though the GPU is still connected.

I'm installing AMD drivers now and will report back.
