I have a problem. I bought a few days ago an XFX AMD Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Edition 8GB GDDR5.

I installed it on a computer with the following feature:

Power supply: 650W

Base plate: MSI A320M-A PRO 

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G 3.7GHz

Hard Disk:

1TB SATA3

SSD 240GB

RAM: 16G (8GBx2) DDR4 2666Mhz PC-21300

The problem happens when I'm playing any game. The screen freezes, turns black and you must force the shutdown. It happens when you start the game or at any time.

I have researched and tried different ways to solve it. 

It seems that every time I reinstall the drivers the problem returns. If I use it without a driver it seems to work. But then I do not know if it is good for the graphics. Also I can not optimize anything. 

What should I do? Should I return the card and buy a different one? Does it happen to anyone else?

I'm not getting same problem but previously when Im using my rx 580 getting colors problem what I did is fresh reinstall, go to radeon software->graphics-> enable super virtual resolution.
