RX5700 Still cant use wattman in a 75hz monitor in 19.9.2

I have a RX5700  when I use 75hzmode in my monitor ,cant use wattman to tune the  fanspeed and gpu/ram frequency 

from fist edition the drivers still have this bug.did every one who use 75hz monitor have this bugs?

R5 2600+RX5700

 monitor:AOC Q32N2
