rx570 wont detect second display

Using a TV to my 570 for now through HDMI, i Have a monitor i got for free [HP E190i] and have it wooked up to the GPU with a VGA to DVI port, its always read the HDMI output just fine and i cant figure this out... I've updated bios, drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, remounted GPU and nothing works.. i cant be the only one.

Does the HP work by itself, have you tried a dvi-d to dvi-d or dp to dp cable ?

yes HP works, its scanning for an input but doesnt read anything , i cant use it as primary either

So no output when only the HP is connected ?, could be faulty cable (adaptor ?).
