RX570 No Audio Over HDMI

I have an R5 2400g and there is no sound coming from the HDMI of the RX570 gigabyte, this started to occur after I update the F32 BIOS of the motherboard A320m SH2 Gigabyte. I've done everything, formatted Windows 10 3x times, the AMD High Definition Device does not appear in the device manager, with Vega 11 the sound comes out normally in HDMI. I do not know what else to do.

Am on the same issues but with a RX Vega 56. Installed the latest drivers and no joy. I had an Nvidia 1060 GTX and it worked all fine. Got this card to upgrade and bad luck. Plus PC locks sometimes trying to boot up when going into Windows spinning dots and black screen part forcing me to do a hard shut down.

Are you using an APU (AMD 2400G or 3400G) for example?

If so I think the APU conflicts with the GPU sound driver.

That's what happened to me.

Change to a CPU (AMD 3600, 3500x or 2600) that resolves the issue.
