I’m running intel i5-10400f window10 68b
2 slot of 8gb ram=16
i forgot the motherboard but it’s decent
psu segotep 550w
the problem is when playing all games gpu usage going all over the place even on low setting on games like witcher 3 the fps goes below 60fps average..temperature of cpu/gpu never past 60celcius..ram/cpu never past 60% usage..tried ddu and window formatting it do nothing..stress test on msi kombuster is good gpu can run 99% but when gaming it never past 70% gpu usage and it jumps like from 60%-40%-10%-65%-30% of gpu usage which is ridiculous.csgo fps averaging at 80fps..I’m lost now please help
