 I am getting 50-60 Fps at medium settings in warzone 

And. i am getting too CS:GO 4:3 High settings 30-100 Fps 

I try all this settings but not fixed

GPU: SAPPHIRE RX 5600 XT 

CPU:R5 1600

MB: B450M 2H

RAM:Corsair 2x8 GB

CSGO is a poorly optimized game in general. Try other titles and see how your results are. WarZone and Fortnite both have similar issues and any Epic game in general can be poorly optimized and give poor performance. Full system specs down to the PSU are needed to give further advice.

Like I said, try other games and see if it happens across the board. Avoid the titles I mentioned before. Run "TimeSpy", you can get the demo for free from Steam and see how it scores or if it can even make it through the test.

If you play any games like Battlefield 4, 3, 1 or V, those all use a good game engine for testing any AMD GPU. Make sure to use 2 X PCIe power plugs, not the split dongle off one. Before trying to change any GPU settings, please try other games to see if it affects all or not.
