Rx5600-lines coming from bottom

While the computer is booting, lines come from the bottom of the screen for 1 minute on the 144hz screen, then it cuts out when I switch it to 120hz, it goes away. What can I do?

What's the make and model of your display? How is the display connected? Have you tried a different display port? Tried a different cable?
