when i set the monitor to refresh rate below 30hz (for movies) the sceen goes out of the screen like the resolution does not match the screen but it is
the resolution im trying is 3840x2160
edit: in addition i tried to resize it but in the driver setting there isnt a resize option and on the tv because it detects its as a pc it wont let you resizse either
