RX 6700XT Almost crash @Steam store Video win10 & win11

Like the subject says, when i go to steam store and watch a video my pc and pointer gets really slow. just alt f4 makes steam close and this bugs goes away . i tried fresh installs win11 and win10 both give the same errors . i have a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 disabled SAM this didn't do anything .noticed the internet is full with people and problems with their RX6700XT ... tried a couple things but no luck so far . windows Interrupt for system is using lots of power . read about it online that this could be a hardware problem .

so i figured it can only be the RX6700XT that is the only thing new. still got my vega56 here .

See my system below, I have zero problems.

I am on driver version 22.3.1 the most stable for me, will upgrade when a better version of Adrenalin is released.

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x, Asus Tuf Gaming RX 6700 XT, Asus TUF Gaming x570 Plus, 32gb G.Skill TZ neo 3600mhz, Samsung 980pro 1tb NVME, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1tb NVME, Lian Li Galahad AIO 240mm, Antec Titanium 1kw.
